Doctor Azar is the BEST doctor I have ever been to. She is sooo thorough and nice. The wait may be a little long, busy woman, which is a good thing in my opinion because she is really thorough, like i said. Worth the wait and I will go to her until she is no longer doing her job!!!!

i've been going to doctor Azar's office for about 3 years now, the last time i went they took my blood and discovered that i have low estrogen. i'm 16 years old. so they called me the following day to tell me my test results and that i need to come in for an estrogen injection, and so i came in and the nurse took me straight back, gave me the injection and left. i never got any information on why i have low estrogen, or if i need to come in and get them monthly, or even what effects it will have on my body. This was almost 2 months ago, i have called almost every week since then and have gotten a machine, i have left many messages. Today i made another call and someone answered me, finally, and i told the receptionist that i had some questions for dr.azar about an injection i received. She responded by saying "you need to speak to the nurse???" and i said "i guess?" she then told me to hold on a second and it was just that, i was on hold for a split second before she came back and told me that she would put my callback number into the "questions box" and that they could get back to me. i am very disappointed that i haven't been able to get in contact with any sort of professional that can tell me what the hell is going on with my body. being 16 and having the same symptoms as a menopausal woman isn't fun and at this point i am considering getting a new doctor....
Dr. Azar is the best!!!! My surgery went great. She and her staff are the nicest people. I had a concern over the weekend and Dr. Azar personally returned my phone call in a very few minutes. She took time to listen to me and answer questions. Wonderful lady!!!
I honestly don't know if dr Rena azar is a good doctor or not. I had an appointment with her nurse practitioner and because I respect people's time and schedule I arrived 10 minutes prior to my appointment time. I filled out my paperwork and was ready to go by the time my appointment rolled around....time continued to pass about 15-20 minutes after my appointment was supposed to start I got called back to have my vitals taken then taken to a room and told to undress and that she would be in shortly. I have two small kids with me and so time is of the essence. I sat on her table and chased my toddler around the room for about 40 minutes, I then dressed and left. It's ridiculous to not be able to see the doctor or nurse practitioner within an hour of your appointment time. The receptionist was quite rude when I left she said "that's pretty typical for a specialist". No lady it's pretty typical of an office where the office manager doesn't know how to properly schedule appointment slots. I will never be back.
