I stayed at this Hampton Inn because it was on the way to our destination and I have always been pleased when staying at Hampton Inns in the past. This particular stay was not so good. The toilet seat was up and dirty and the tile floors needed cleaning in our room. When I asked for a chilled water bottle I was handed a room temperature one and when I asked if I could exchange it for the exact same bottle in the cooler I was told i had to pay for it. Overall not a good experience for what I am use to at Hampton Inn.
Lovely hotel. I like how there is only one entrance/exit. Seemed very secure.
Very nice. Comfortable beds.... slept like a baby. Plush comforters, fridge in room. Bathrooms pretty as well as the whole room. Great breakfast with many choices. Food area kept very tidy,. Also served breakfast until 10 am, which is nice because we were traveling and arrived late. Would love to stay here again. Staff so polite and friendly.
We had such a great experience. From the moment we walked in the hotel, Januari went above and beyond our expectations. She started with making sure our stay was perfect from the price to finding me a specific tea bag. She asked us why we are in the area. We told her that we are traveling home for a funeral. She told us she would apply Hampton Inn bereavement rate. I asked her if she could check the Hampton Inn at our destination. Not only did she call the hotel to get the rate but went above and beyond by asking for a certain room location to suit us perfectly than booking it for us. In a time of sadness and grief, we know that we have lodging that was picked to make us smile. Thank you for employing a really special young lady. She went above and beyond her job at every turn. Room clean and quiet. Breakfast was the best variety I have experienced at a Hampton. Kudos Kimball, TN. We will be back to enjoy this wonderful hotel.
I used my Hilton honors membership to book my stay at this hotel, everything was great from when you enter the lobby to when I got to my room, the lobby was clean and very nice and inviting. Opening my room door was a snap as the Hilton honors app gives you wireless key so there is no let to lose just tap and your door unlocks! The bed was so comfy that I had no problem getting a good night's rest without any nose from outside as well. We were on the third floor which I would recommend to anyone as there is no chance of hearing anyone walk above you.
