I was unaware the festival was happening that particular Saturday.I was on my way to see DAVID,My husband at Signature healthcare and wellness center. It took an extra 20 minutes to reroute around the festival. The homes and churches were a scenic attraction all on their own. I was in a hurry to be with my husband as our time together is limited. Had I known about the festival my sister would probably have enjoyed going. More publicity please!!!
My family and I have been attending the Cornbread Festival for several yrs, but after this year we will not be coming back. They have gotten so greedy that the common family cannot afford to participate in the event. They have gouged and gouged until they have gouged me out of coming. Its a shame that everything is about a dollar in this day and time. No more Cornbread Festival for this family. I can eat somewhere else.
