The cashier (3:00 p.m.) was nice and friendly. The Krystal hamburgers were good. My two friends ordered chili, and almost no beans/ground beef in chili however they were good. ~'0)
Don't order plain crystals what they do is just take a knife and scrape off what they can see. pups are much better.
Located on the shopping strip at the South Pittsburgh exit just north of Chattanooga, just what I was craving. The Krystal's were excellent, my wife got the chili - a bit on the greasy side and my son got the #4 - the cheese fries and cheese Krystal's. All in all, a hearty meal that sent us on our way to Nashville.

We came from out-of-town and were staying in a hotel across the way. We don't normally do fast food or chain restaurants, but I didn't feel like driving after 20 hrs of being in nut-to-butt traffic, so we walked here. The food is very similar to White Castle, which I hate to love. Our order was correct and the food was hot. Went here the next day and they got the order wrong and of the correct food we received, it was rubbery and way over-salted. We waited so long for the correct order that I asked for a refund instead and was met with attitude by both the order taker and manager. I guess it just depends on the day you go and who is working.
