Dawn goes out of her way to help you. She has saved me a fortune in time and money since making the huge mistake of buying an above ground pool from The Great Backyard Place. She does NOT try to sell you things you don't need. I wish I had known about TriState Pools before and bought from them! I'll never shop anywhere else for pool equipment and supplies. Dawn helped us close our pool last year with minimal expense and when we opened this month our water was crystal clear ... only needing a bit more water and one bag of salt and we were ready to go!
